Tangerine Dream Cafe - Lavender scones
The Tangerine Dream Cafe in the Chelsea Physic Garden is thoroughly worth a visit on its own right. Freshly baked lavender scones and seasonal fruit tarts are sold as soon as they come out the oven. Different time of the day would see different desserts, we were lucky to see the lavender scones fresh out of oven, which were then sold at the speed of light. Apart from the signature scones, everything look just as good if not more delicious. It’s one of those places that you just want to buy everything and have a real hard time making decisions. The homey orange cake, the mouthwatering courgette and walnut loaf, the fig tarts still on the cooling rack, eye candy!
